Question automate periodical activities in a website (client side)

Hi,

I had an idea about automate daily routines in a website.
The things what I should do is to:
- log in
- click on HTML objects (I think I have to trigger the JavaScript onclick event)

Code:
<a href="http://www.xtremetop100.com/in.php?site=11111111" target="_blank" class="account_links">
<img src="/resource/bla/bla/vote/xtop100.gif" border="0"/>
</a>
(This is an image what I have to click on, after it I will receive a reward, then I have to wait 12 hours to benefit from it again.)

My first idea was that to code it in C++, and I have searched the internet for the appropriate C++ headers, but I did not find any.
So as you can see its not a concrete programming question, my main question is that, in what way could I do the above mentioned things.

(I can code at C, C++, Java, and I understand JavaScript slightly.)

Any advice appreciated,
Eey

I have done with the script. Now I want to run it on my university's server(because I have no 0/24 server at home), but unfortunately there is no twill installed there.

Do I have to ask the admin to install it, or can I make the uploaded and uninstalled package work without installation?
(I'm not a Python expert)
