Save it as file.cpp and then type:
#gcc file.cpp
If there are no errors, it should compile properly
I didn't know the specific exploit, but I also noticed from the comments that it appeared to be trying to exploit something with DCOM RPC services...
I don't know... it just doesn't seem right to me to help someone figure out how to use exploit code that someone else wrote, when they don't even know what language it is written in...
