where can I find cardctl & pcmcia

Still trying to get a wireless card going on Mandrake 9.2 on
my Notebook.

I have to use a USB wireless to get connected.

The pcmcia card works when installed with RH9.0
but mdk9.2rc2 has no cardctl in sbin, nor pcmcia in etc.

Anyone, know where I can get these from, or what package that
I could get to make the wireless card work?

It's a trade of with the wireless card working on RH9.0 but no usb support so
no photo card or usb wireless

or

Mdk9.2 with usb support for photo and wireless, but no wireless card support.
