Teething Problems (Mouse and reboot/halt)
Hello
Have just installed MDK 10.1 powerpack edition and all works fine (even got my wireless card to work thanks to Craig's great tutorial!) however I have several teething problems which I hope you'll be able to help me with:
Mouse: I have a logitech cordless mouse which works fine. During the install process iMDK recognised it, however upon each boot my mouse does not work. I have to go into the Computer Configuration/Mouse application, choose another kind of mouse which of course fails and then got back into the app and choose the generic mouse, afterwhich all works fine...
Needless to say I would prefer to not have to do this command upon every boot.
Reboot/Halt: even though I declare in the login manager that anyone can reboot or halt the PC, either I am unable to do so or manage to set the command but the buttons are blanked out which forces me to use the power button - not a good idea.
Recovering files: on one of my harddrive KdiskFree tells me I have about 10GB of data in a folder 'Lost&Found', I've tried to look under this folder using root but to no avail. Is there a way of receovring these files.
Thanks for all the help you can provide
James
