spacebar in konqueror don't activate buttons and more KDEerrors after upgrade to 2006

after upgrading to 2006 the following errors happen:

Spacebar dont activate an active button - any way to fix this?

K3b don't burn unless run as root - or don't burn at all

system is no longer able to power down

any way to fix that??

This has happened for me on 3 different Dell machines, one Inspiron 8000, one Optiplex GX200 and one Precision 540.

And on one Dell Inspiron 5000e KDE won't start

I had problems with the upgrade and the fix was to do a full install again but not formating your user partition. It was 1/2 hour and the upgrade I tried before it took 2 hours.
