Removing item from hardware list

When I go into my hardware list (control center-->hardware) my keyboard is listed twice.

How do I remove the "extra" one?

A bit more info is required. Is it a ps/2 or usb keyboard? What model is it?

I have a DELL USB keyboard (non-media/internet). Its just their basic.

The only difference in the list (in the hardware list)

is that one says:
DELL ...blah blah blah,

while the second listing says:
DELL DELL ...blah blah blah.

Would that be caused be moving it from one usb slot to another or something? I have not done that recently, but then again it might have been listed twice in here for a long time and I just didn't look before.
