Random USB Mouse Failure
Alright, this one is driving me up a tree, maybe somebody out there has an idea: Every now and than my Mandy 10.0 Official will start up without enabling my MS Wheel Optical USB Mouse. Since Linux does that wonderful little "I show you what part I am starting up right now" thingy, I managed to figure out that this happens (when it happens, which isn't always), right after the Kernel initializes the USB ports and controllers. So essentially what you see is your mouse working (start-up), then the Linux starting to boot, then a bit of a flicker when the usb port is initialized and then either no life from the mouse at all, or the red light coming up again.
Now what irritates me most about this is that I haven't really found a pattern for when it happens and why. Sometimes it takes me several reboots to make it work. Often it happens when I am trying to show of my Linux box. (You should see my friends grin...) Anyway, what could I do to get this fixed?
