It may be possible, but probably neither easy nor supported.

The 3 distros IBM supports on the pSeries are SuSE Enterprise Server 8, RH Enterprise Server 3 and Turbolinux. Bear in mind that the pSeries use RISC Power chips which are similar to MAC PowerPC but not quite the same.

I can't find any indication from Mandrake that they might support this chipset.
