can sombody tell me how to install programs to mandrake..
i have download kazaa.. and when i click at the file exe. , its not automaticly install it..
it open a page that ask me which program to use...
and another one...
i want to download mp3 song...
that page want me to right click to the link and click save as <-- windows instructions..
how can i save this song using linux?
First, under Linux , *.exe files doesn't work...because this is another kind of OS, so you have to download software made for linux, try to download rpm packages (*.i386.rpm) that means that are packages compiled for Intel 386 class processor, after downloaded try "rpm -Uvh name-i386.rpm" at the same directory.
But here the things not always go right, so, sometime you'll need to download a lot of things to make your program run.
Try to share mp3 with aMule.
