Arrow I need a good download manager!!


hi guys,

i recently installed Mandriva 2006 on my PC..
Now i need a nice & smart download manager for my downloads...
& yes a bittorrent client as well!!

plz help!!

Kget, gwget and d4x are really good download managers. As for bittorrent clients, you can use Azureus, Ktorrent or Deluge.

Usually they are available in your Linux distributions software repositories. On Ubuntu, you just need to run the Software tool or start a terminal and do something like
Code:
$sudo apt-get update
$sudo apt-get install gwget
You can get azureus from azureus.sourceforge.net (you will need to have java installed.) Deluge is available from here.
