i would like to do my own mandrake 10.2 live cd using mklivecd who use the /tmp folder but that /tmp is blocked to 256MB so it cannot save the livecd to it

Do you have a /tmp partition at that size? If so you can edit your /etc/fstab (just comment out the /tmp line) or just try to umount /tmp as root. It will then use your / partition.
I hope your not thinking that live CD will now work on any computer because it wont unless they have that much memory install. And no one needs a 1gb /tmp.
