finding uneeded libs and files

Is there a commnand I can issue that will clean out the system of all the lib files that are no longer used by any programs? Or any other file that was installed as a dependency that is no longer used?

or even that will simply list the redundent files soi can remove them manually

From Control center -->Remove Software. There you can chose programs to uninstall.Manually deleting files is not a good idea I think.Be careful what you uninstall too because you can erase files needed by other programs and they will stop work.
