Dual Boot Issue

I am having problems booting windows from lilo. When I select "windows" from my boot screen, I get a black screen with a blinking cursor in the top left of the screen.

I have 2 harddrives:

hda - Windows Partition
hdb - Mandrake 10

I modified lilo.conf to look like this:

boot=/dev/hda
default=linux

...(Other boot options here)...

other=/dev/hda1
label=windows
table=/dev/hda

My BIOS is configured to boot from my windows drive.
I ran sbin/lilo after making the changes.

Not only did Windows not boot, but my Windows partition wouldn't boot anymore even if it was the only drive, so I restored the MBR and got windows to boot by itself. I then changed lilo.conf to boot=/dev/hdb, reran lilo, had my bios boot to my linux drive and got the same problem after selecting "windows". Any advice on how to dual boot Mandrake 10 and WinXP Pro? Thanks in advance.
