f3ua LQ Newbie Registered: Oct 2004 Posts: 9 Rep:	ACPI settings on MDK 10.0 official Hi all! I'm having troubles while setting up ACPI on my laptop. It's an acer aspire 1624 LMI, p4 3.4 HT. I can enable acpi by passing "acpi=force" at boot to the kernel, but I can't switch the system profiles in klaptop to slow down cpu frequency. Both frequencies are 0 Mhz. (???) Can you help me? Thanks.
