Just wanted to praise Mageia for their efforts.
I had mageia 8 on a hard drive with a bad mbr.
I had to use a rescue disk to boot it every time.
Not that big of a deal actually. That's why I could not update to 9 and had to do a re-install.
Besides for Firefox either not working on a lot of shopping web pages or crashing on others, Mageia has been a wonderful O.S to use.
Firefox was terrible on 8.
