Exclamation Why can't I answer this post?

https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...db-4175720539/
I would like to suggest adb reboot or some such thing that changes visibly one emulator and by that, an answer to that question but there is no reply thing on that thread so what can I do? This seems like a bug but is it? It does not seem to be locked and I checked it's icon so but or not?

That is a feature, not a bug. There is no "Quick Reply" input box because the thread has been unreplied for an extended time period.

For the attentive, there is a "Post Reply" button which will provide the input box, along with the following informative message:

Quote:
Please note that this thread has not been replied to in over 6 months. Please ensure your reply is still relevant and timely.
The point of this feature is, apparently, to promote thoughtful replies and to discourage others.
