Track a thread

I was wondering is there a way that I can mark a thread or have an email sent to me when a particular thread has additional postings?
I would simply like to follow a thread and find out the answers that are given when someone ask a question that I'm interested in w/o having to do a search each time I come back.

I checked the FAQ, but didn't see this question asked.

TIA
K
