Smiley problem

I'm good at html. Went through the faq and the smilies page. The one there has a Penguin with a question mark on it. I can embed it into my sig. I would like one however without the question mark. I tried linking to the one that's used on new posts, all to no avail.

Can you tell me how to link to the plain tux or create a way to do it with vB code similar to ?

It's used on posts where the user is offline, and it's not in the smilie listings so you cant add it to your sig atm. [IMG] code is off and will remain so. But tux without that tattoo might be cool
