Significance of Occasional Blue Question Mark on Tux

I'll admit that this is probably the least important question of the day if not the month, but I've noticed that sometimes the small Tux icon that appears in the lower left hand side of a post has a blue question mark on his chest. Usually he just has a white chest, but sometimes there's that blue question mark, and there doesn't seem to be any discernable pattern regarding when it appears and when it doesn't. So my question is, is the blue ? a random thing or does it have a meaning? -- J.W.

The blue question mark means the member is signed in on the forums.
