Just writing to say that I love this site. It's actually my most visited site. I come here for all sorts of things from reviews, looking for answers to my linux related problems, helping others with their linux related problems, to taking those neat little quizzes you guys have created (which today was my first time).
Anyway enough of the blabbin'. I really want to say that there aren't enough quizzes to take to keep me occupied. Well what I really mean is that I took a quiz today and found it quite fun. It helps me learn more about linux (which I love to do).
I'm asking the people of LQ to make more quizzes for all of us who want to test our knowledge. It kinda' makes me feel like I'm in school again.
It would be greatly appreciated if you guys/girls could do that.
Well FrostBot, the quizzes here are member contributions. So if you come with some quiz at any time, you can email it to jeremy and I am sure it would be put up
If you give me more topics to cover for a quiz, I'd be more than willing to try and come up with more... but yes, if you any member wants to create a quiz and would like it on the site, submit it to Jeremy.

I haven't gotten one email and this is your first reply to this thread since I've posted.. apparently no one wants new quizzes..
Maybe I'll just make the advanced quizzes of the ones I've already submitted myself.. err.. maybe newbie quizzes, since I always try to make mine as hard as possible
Originally posted by trickykid I don't see your name attached to any of them...
Oh! that hurt, that really hurt boo-hoo-hoo
And just 'coz you said that, don't be expectin' no quizzes from me mister. I have to satisfy my hurt ego and so I shall not contribute any quizzes. Beat that you do-gooder
Nah just kidding, I do wish to post my own quiz sometime but somehow I just cannot get myself to sit around with that. I will do it... a tough one too
Generally Linux / Unix is perceived to be too difficult for application programmers. A large number of quizzes in various issues like:
Kernel programming, Unix programming (Internals),
Sample applications, some student assignments using Linux will be a great help to fresh engineers as well as Linux enthusiasts.
the LQ Wiki and or by answering other members questions here in the forums. Submit them as articles or Tutorials.. there's a long list of resources on the right hand side of this site...
