Please appoint moderator(active) for Linux from Scratch section
Hello,
Please appoint moderator(active) for Linux from Scratch section.
I am in process of building lfs and got stuck. Hoping to find help on this forum; i created a thread in the appropiate section with proper subject and giving as much information in my post.
However, it seems that there is no active moderator for Linux From Scratch section, as my thread has not yet come up.(had created the thread yesterday)
PS: Someone(moderator) please approve my thread in the linux from scratch section, if you have the rights there.
AFAIK, threads don't have to be approved by moderators before showing up. So I would assume that this is either a bug or you made a mistake while creating the thread.
Most likely it has been blocked by the automatic spam filter, which is very restrictive towards posted URLs. Please, be patient. I can confirm all the moderators of the LFS forum are alive and active!
Thanks for so many replies. Anticipating similar support on my LFS problem.
@Nylex I wish atleast one would come online soon.
@TobiSGD First time thread in LFS section 'are' moderated. I got a message saying so, just after i created the thread. You might want to create a new account and check it yourself.
@colucix I dont think i have posted any URLs. I have put the title describing the chapter concerned and the problem. And in the body i have elaborated it with the error & the code which gives error and the host system i am using. Also, since you are a moderator, can you please check if my thread is still lying in the queue or is there any comment by the LFS moderator(in case there is something wrong with my thread)

I cannot see your thread, since I am not moderator of LFS forum. Let's wait the next hours until one of the assigned mods step in. I can only solicit a response and I will do.
