The admin there actually mentions us in the site announcement
Yes jeremy, you are really evil with all of that sneaky registering windowsquestions.org 'only to lure innocent people who want an answer to their Windows question back to linuxquestions.org'
That whole forum seems a bit strange... He calls himself 'your Admin' (for example, at one point, he says 'Enjoy your Administrator' which I found quite amusing).
There's also another site called windows-questions.org which looks like it's been around for a while. It also has the same look as the .com version, so maybe this is the out-of-the-box look for some Windows bb software.

Sadly, a brief search for "linux" on the .org site turned up results where:
'linuxfan' appears to have been. However, I do think that the owner of that site was asking for it. In his first ever post on the forums, he starts raving about how LQ is evil, unfair and misleading.
I guess that 'linuxfan' must have earned the admin's respect though, since he replied to the troll, ending the post with 'Thanks. You’re Admin'. Strangely, that troll thread is still open, I would've closed it by now (here it is).
I guess the guy saw LQ and thought WOW! what a great site. I wonder if there is a similar great site for windows. (there is a special community thing with linux- but that's for another story) He goes to www.windowsquestions.org and find it points here- kindof disapointing I guess. So he starts windows-questions, liberally using the same good ideas as LQ.
Maybe I'm just biased, but I think linux users are nicer, more community driven (like the software) Hey, on LQ you could be answered by a guy who actually codes for the program you are having issues with, or maybe a distro maintainer, or some guy who writes the docos. The possibilities are endless, because of the open nature of the linux community.
