QFT. I don't know why he was banned, but I did look through his posting history and see tons of posts with no content whatsover.

Is that person still banned?

I do believe that if a person is banned it shows up in his/her profile. I don't see it mentioned when I visit aries_baluyot's profile.
Could it be that s/he was temporarily (hours or days) banned?
