I contacted support about an issue with domain registration and I have not got a reply back.
Does any body know any other way to get in contact with support?
Yup I know that much. But I sent an email about a week a go with no response.
I pay to register two domains and they failed to register but they didn't fail to collect the money
Perhaps get in contact with the user jeremy on lq. He's the founder of LQ and LQ Consulting. If all else fails googling "jeremy linuxquestions" will show other forms of contact.

I'm closing this as it's not related to LQ. FWIW, we responded on the 8th when we received your message, but I'll respond again via email now. Both domains have been successfully registered and should be in your online account.
