Question LQ Statistics

I know questions about LQ's statistics are asked on a regular basis, but this isn't one of those questions. In an attempt to avoid my homework at all costs, I ran across a website devoted to forum statistics. LQ just happen to on there. So I was wondering if anyone here who would know would like comment on how accurate they are. Right off bat I noticed the post count is wrong, I assume its only updated every month or so which would explain them being smaller than the number listed on LQ homepage.

That site is pretty popular, but in the end is only as accurate as the information it gets from the sites that are in it. Some sites never prunes users, others do regularly. Some sites encourage the sort of post war that makes post counts skyrocket, some don't count posts in off topic forums. In the end, the numbers are probably fairly accurate as long as you know they aren't directly comparable.
