LQ member progress status from member to senior member.............

How the status symbol a member changes ?

Means at time a registered at LQ , it says newbie

after few days( i think 5 posts) it says member

how to get senior member and guru status

And what is affero, Plz. don't give me link to this , just tell me what it is in brief ?

afero is when someone is helpful or whatever you can leave a nice comment.

for example, you hsould affero me right now for being helpful :P not to mention, you should also use hte affero function to donate $1,000,000 to me for spending all this time to write this answer.

(begging for it probably isnt a good idea though)
