Date format

How do I change the date format to dd-mm-yy? At the moment it's showing mm-dd-yy which is confusing!

On the right, under "My LQ" > "Edit Options".

At LQ, the name for this preference is "European Format". The other available choices are:
US Format (e.g., 04-25-98)
Expanded US Format (e.g., Apr 25th, 1998)
Expanded European Format (e.g., 25th Apr 1998)
ISO 8601 (eg 1998-04-25)
To change the format:
  1. Open the site to the Edit Options page
  2. Scroll down to Date & Time Options, Date Format
  3. Select the new format using the popup menu
  4. Scroll to the end of the page and select Save Changes
