I burned myself a copy of Slackware Live today onto an 185MB Mini-CD. It works great! You get both KDE and fluxbox, not to mention so much more cool stuff.
I would definately recommend this live CD, it is not as full featured as Knoppix, but it works on an 8cm CD!
Yeah, they could put a picture of a wet noodle up though, and it'd still be my newest favorite live cd I think they built this with me in mind, in fact, I'm betting that's where those 'hidden' cameras came from...
Slack Live rocks!
I've only used it intermittently though, nothing majorly in depth, anyone know if an HD install comes with this thing, or are batteries not included?
Thanks for the link. As an Information Security Analyst, I can definitely put this to good use. We've been using Knoppix but I've always been a Slack fan.
