Talking I'm real happy with the support here

Me Being new to Linux , I always wanted a chance to use it i never knew about all the choices it had to offer.

never have liked ms windows that much always thought there has to a better way than locked out and ending up stuck with my stuff to loose and have to pay them for my stuff and windows to work again but still loose my stuff.

I already payed it should be mine to use and my folders as well. that stuff is mine. it seems i bought something ms could just take back so i have to get a new one and over and over.

GO! Linux this is way less stressful.

I will probably always make the mistake of not backing up the way I should I just dont have the money or smarts to use to get backin up too it.

Enjoy Your Freedom, use rsync for backups

bluemoonshine,
Welcome to the land of technological freedom!

When you're ready to tackle that nagging feeling about backups, take a look at the rsync command. You'll enjoy learning more about how to make the most of Linux, and it can quickly get rid of that nagging backup feeling.
