Smile Veteran Advocate Looking to Certify

Hi all,

I'm Don Parris, and a long-time user and advocate of GNU/Linux and libre software in general. I have used GNU/Linux as a (mostly) desktop distro, usually implementing various services (Apache, SQL, Asterisk, mail, VPN etc.) at various points along the way. I have tinkered much, and yet there is so much more to learn, especially about system administration.

I've written about GNU/Linux & libre software (LXer.com, Blue GNU) but have been out of the loop for the past 2-3 years. But for all I have done, I've never gotten any of the certifications, and so would like to pursue one (Linux+, LPIC-I or RHCSA). I'm sure to have questions as I read through my new books on System Admin stuff. Well, I've already asked one question in the Server forum. But I hope to see you guys around.
