Actually, although I'm an avid Linux user since the 90's, I ended up here because I was looking for any mention at all of Life/Net, an early LAN OS I worked on.
I did find a few references to Nex/OS, the name it got when DSC bought it.
On of them was on LinuxQuestions.org, which means that this is a pretty good forum, I guess
