Please urgent!! aargh

Hello my name is Christopher and I am a java developer.

I'm slowly trying to convert our office into a non-MS zone. In the last year I have replaced three machines with Linux. Fedora to be specific. Only another 25 to go.

I've got 3 sensible spec'd PCs at home with an iBM server of sorts but I can't remember the name of it. My Linux experience would be classed as competent providing I'm not dealing with any hardware: I'm currently in the process of trying to network them together but I'm a bit of a div at it so I thought I'd try and get some help online.

The subject heading is a joke BTW.

I'm investigating further until I have a better question than "how do I do it?"
