Old user/ Linux noob

Greetings All~

Glad to be a member here. Started out on the Commodore 64 in 1982 then went to Windows back in the win3.0 days. Finally left win7 when Microsux started forcing upgrades to win10 and will not return.
Dabbled in Linux over the last 20 years a little bit. Mostly CentOS. Back in January I went totally Linux Mint. Been learning a lot over the last 6 months but still feels like I barely scratched the surface. Hope to learn as much as possible about Linux.

Welcome to the forums! Yeah, I had a friend who got caught by the pop up and it started installing W10 on them, so they finally figured why not let it go ahead. They regretted that, basically their system became unusable.
