Hi Another Francisco and welcome also to LQ.
Perhaps you should look at the Site FAQ page and familiarize yourself with how to create a thread, how best to pose any questions you have, and so forth. It will likely make your experience better. If you have more specific questions where you don't feel the answers are available anywhere, then there is a LQ Suggestions & Feedback forum where you can certainly report problems or ask "how to" forum type of questions. Suggest you at least give the site FAQ links a try first.
I'm trying to create a thread, it sends but doesn't appear in the forums. What is going on? Why this thing has to be so complicated? Isn't enough already spending time creating a profile, confirming email, going back, redirecting, logging in, etc etc etc? 1 hour of my life wasted and not working

Sometimes new threads by new members get moderated, which means that a moderator needs to approve the thread for posting to the forum.
I was about to ask if you can indicate which forum you attempted to post in, but found it and did approve your thread question.
Please understand two points:
(1) There are a number of moderators who have responsibilities for specific forums, therefore for a forum I do not moderate (not this new member one by the way) I cannot change or approve threads. I am one of the Newbie moderators and therefore could approve your post
(2) we're not all "on" 24x7x365, no one can be. There may be up to a 24 hour delay or longer over weekends where reports to moderators or pending posts don't yet get approved.
I don't know the algorithm used to cause moderation of persons first posts, some do and some don't. But I think once a person has a moderated post and it gets approved, their following posts end up being all set. Perhaps if new members do post to the intro forum then their other posts do not get moderated.
For any case, the other suggestion is to use the Contact Us link at the bottom where it will cause email to be sent specifically to all mods.
