I'm fairly new but learning

I am fairly new to Linux and open source software. I teach a wireless networking class and want to learn more so that we can setup a FreeRadius Server as part of wireless security in the class.I will be using CentOS 5.3 and Fedora 10. Always looking for new ideas for teaching.
