How come I can't follow links yet?

Hi, I'm new here. This isn't my first post, but even after posting my first I cannot follow links. I get redirected to a page about editing another person's post, or not being authorized... I confirmed my email, created a post, what am I missing here?

---- UPDATE: ----
Turns out I was just being impatient... all seems to be working now. Exciting!
