lighttpd follow symbolic links


Hi,
i have a couple of links in /var/www, which point outside. How can i configure lighttpd to follow them?

It is enabled by default i think. If not, enter "server.follow-symlink="enable" " in /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf. In my case, i didn't use the full source path for creating the symlinks and the links failed to show up
