Hello Nurse!
Hello my fine companions.
I was shown LinuxQuestions by a colleague, and though I have not yet had a need to ask specific questions myself, it has already been quite helpful. I expect I shall use it quite often in the future.
I've muddled around with Linux in my personal time, mostly as a desktop alternative to Windows, until about 2 years ago where I incidentally landed a gig administering CentOS servers for a web hosting company. I've learned a lot (which isn't hard, since I didn't know anything before this job) but my education has been free form, varied, and often rushed. There's so many simple things that I've never had the need to learn because it didn't apply in this environment.
I'm sure I'll have questions, and equally sure you all will have the answers.
Thanks for any future help I may request and I hope that I might be a useful participant as well.
