Post Hello from Cadiz (Spain)

Hello everybody,
I've been using Linux marginally for years and now i'm on my way for making it my main OS at home. I'm a LaTeX, Perl and Vim user, but mainly under Windows (for historical reasons).
I also want it to introduce my sons and daughter to a proper OS. I think it will help them to use properly their brains.
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to LQ, Cayetano. I had a similar situation, but the computer I gave to my son only booted in Linux, so his options were minimal.
