Hello there,
My name is Sander Koning, I'm from Holland and I'm very new to the Linux Scene.
I do have some computer experience, but that's only in Windows. I can program PHP, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS and VB a little.
So why do I want Linux?
Well, I've been thinking of installing Linux for a very very long time, at school I was always the one defending Linux.
I realy wanted to install Linux because I feel limited by Windows and I don't like Microsoft because of the way they use their position to force people to pay a lot for buggy software. But I was afraid I didn't know enough of it.
Recently I bought a brand new pc, and so I decided to try to install Linux on my old pc. I don't mind being busy with installing/configuring it for a long time. I haven't started yet because I have some problems wich you can in the Newbie section.
Anyway, you'll find me here very active for quite some time, in the newbie section of course :P
I hope you can help me out and I can enjoy some Linux
