My guess is that your WiFi is blocked. I haven't used Ubuntu for awhile, so I don't know if rfkill is installed by default, but could you try this command in a terminal:
I'll need some additional information concerning your wireless adapter. Please open a terminal and post the results (using the code tags) of these commands...
Code:
lspci -nnk | grep -i net -A2
Code:
lsmod
Code:
sudo lshw -C network
Code:
rfkill list
You can omit the last entry if your are using a desktop system, not a laptop.
Disclaimer: Be careful with commands including "sudo" especially, as it will essentially allow root access to your system. Mistakes could possibly damage or even destroy your OS.

Ok, so your wireless is "hard blocked". That usually means there is a physical switch to turn WiFi on and off. Do you have such a switch on your computer?
It can also be disabled in BIOS. But first things first: please provide model and any other possible identification of your hardware.

The Enable wi-fi switch is active for me to decide whether to enable or not but there is another switch which shows <wi-fi is disable> and <wi-fi network> they are in Grey white not the normal white and it shows that i don't have any access to click on those switches on less i perform a troubleshooting which i don't know how to and that was why i had no access to wireless network except using lan. I'm grateful for your help sir's. I love using LINUX and i know you guys are gonna help and i will also try my best(GOD BLESS YOU).

Hi...
May God bless you, as well.
I'm not sure what you mean by two switches, there is only one hardware switch. Could you explain this in more detail and provide the brand and model (and model number) of your computer?
You're welcome, glad you got it working. If you would, please mark this thread as "SOLVED" by clicking on "Thread Tools" directly above your initial post. Thanks!
