The same as the rest of the world. All of them.
If a PC is "wireless", then it'll work everywhere - the most common are b and g obviously but n, g and b are all compatible with each other, just at slower speeds. If it works in your local Starbucks, it'll work in Kuwait's Starbucks.
My father-in-law was a teacher in Kuwait (specifically Kuwait City) - they also have Ethernet in most schools, offices, hotels, etc. too, you know. The large schools have projectors and whiteboards. There are little shops on every street corner that will sell PC's, toners and other computer gear. That country is just as technically advanced as a lot of others.
