your going to want to get ndiswrapper from
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net. it uses your windows driver files to run the card. instructions can be found on ndiswrappers website and searching the forums. i can't speak for suse because i haven't used it, but i just saw several threads under the Wireless Networking forum above regarding suse and nsidwrapper.
if ndiswrapper doesn't work, and you got extra cash Linuxant driverloader costs 20 bucks and worked well for me.
