Obtain IP addr. from MAC addr?

Is there any way to obtain a computer's IP address if I have its MAC address and am within range of it?

I have the MAC address of a wireless computer (AD-HOC), and want to obtain the IP address of this computer (if it even has one). I've looked around on google but was unable to come up with anything.

I'm using FC4 with a Broadcom 54g wireless card (ndiswrapper).

I don't seem to have that command on FC4 -- Is there an rpm I need to install, or is it part of another package? (I'm obviously still a linux newbie)

Thanks

man 8 rarp
This program is obsolete. From version 2.3, the Linux kernel no longer contains RARP support. For a replacement RARP daemon, see ftp://ftp.dementia.org/pub/net-tools
