ndiswrapper -e bcmwl5.inf does not uninstall driver?

Hello
Since the failed installation of ndiswrapper, I am now going thru the install process all over again so before installing all over again I am attempting to uninstall the previous ndiswrapper installation.

When I installed ndiswrapper, first I created a directory named "/dirndiswrapper". After running the command "tar -zxvf ndiswrapper-1.47.tar.gz" a directory named /ndiswrapper-1.47 is created.

In that directory I copied the files extracted from the 80211g file which provides the bcmwl5.inf and sys files and all of the other accompanying files. From the ndiswrapper-1.47 directory I issued the command:
"ndiswrapper -i bcmwl5.inf" then
"ndiswrapper -l"
gives the successful message to the effect that "driver present and installed"

Therefore while attempting to uninstall from this same director I issue the command
"ndiswrapper -e bcmwl5.inf" to remove the bcmwl5.inf driver that was previously installed.

However when I run this command I get the error message:
"couldn't delete /etc/ndiswrapper/bcmwl5.inf".

I didn't install from the /etc/ndiswrapper directory I installed it in the /dirndiswrapper/ndiswrapper-1.47 directory. Also that /etc/ndiswrapper directory has a "directory" named bcmwl5 in it not a "file" named bcmwl5.inf in it.

Additionally the error message doesn't say it is trying to uninstall ndiswrapper only the bcmwl5 driver.

The other part of uninstalling is that I get an error when I run either commands:
make uninstall
and
make distclean
The error states:
no rule to make target install. stop

So the question is:
What are the commands and directories that I need to uninstall from to uninstall the ndiswrapper, the bcmwl5 driver, bcmwl5.inf and sys files?

Uninstall the driver not the inf file: ndiswrapper -e bcmwl5
