Knoppix 3.6 with Belkin PCI card HELP

Hey,

When I run Knoppix 3.6 it detects my Belkin 54g PCI card as unkown. I have tried many ways to get configured and detected correctly by using Nidswrapper with the driver .inf file but Knoppix just freezes.

Is there a way other than Nidswrapper to detect and configure my pci network card and if not, why is my computer freezing when i use Nidswrapper?

thanks,
Blakesta
