have you tried it ?. i cannot install it of you have any tips about installing it please give me your feedback
I haven't tried it because my machine has a 2945BG, which 'just works'. Follow the instructions on the Sourceforge link, there are links to all the dependencies you need with instructions for each. So take it one step at a time and it shouldn't be too difficult
i have downloaded the package from intel site and i follow the instruction and when ever i run the daemon script i got the following error
./ipw3945d
ipw3945d - regulatory daemon

version: 1.7.22
2007-08-11 17:29:22: ERROR: Could not find Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection
what is up ? :S
I'm not sure what you've downloaded here. Did you follow the instructions on the Sourceforge link I posted? Or otherwise try downloading the driver direct from Intel (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/down...=2259&lang=eng) .
