I'm betting you downloaded the wrong kernel source. Did it myself, but don't remember the exact error message. First do
uname -r
That will tell you exactly what kernel you are running. According to above your kernel source is 'blahblah-24dmk' or 'blahblah-24mdkcustom'. If the uname output does not match exactly to your kernel source version, you have mistakenly installed the wrong source.
http://rpmfind.net/ will have the one you want. Then you'll just have to recompile ndiswrapper.
Don't know what to tell you if that's not the case.
By the way, why did you choose Community over Official?
