Dell Wireless PCMCIA 1350 Driver

has any dell user tried how to make this card work? im running mandriva on my laptop but i cant make this wireless card work. suggestions highly appreciated

Does the pcmcia card use an Intel chipset? The PCI versions of that card use a Broadcom chipset, in which case the ipw2200 drivers aren't going to work.

i didnt have the driver at all yet.. ill try what this link from andy_play thanks so much guys

Unfortunately, I have bad news for you. The Dell 1350 is indeed built upon the Broadcom chip. Here are the details.

I am trying to get this puppy working under OpenBSD, with limited success to this point.
