Question Connect to a WPA-encrypted router in Slackware

I've been searching some for how to connect to a wpa-encrypted network but i really doesn't get it.
I've tried with NdisWrapper but that doesn't seams to work either cause i really don't know how to config it to add static ip to the nic.

If someone have a guide how to do i would be happy if i could get it from someone.
